Apply or Renew a WWCC

 

1. CLICK HERE or to go to the WWCC Website if you need to apply or renew a WWCC.

You will need to complete this form if you are in an appointed role in a junior Basketball Team. This includes: 

- Coaches 
- Team Contacts / Managers / Volunteers
 

All Primary team contacts must have a valid WWCC to continue their role as a Team contact. If you do not have a current WWCC please appoint someone else who is able to provide one, and take on all necessary responsibilities. Team contacts are only responsible for holding a volunteer check, however, if you currently hold an employee check, this is appropriate also.
